Academic Success Center
The Academic Success Center will be available to provide online academic support services to students taking Winter Session classes. Detailed information about planning and organization tools/resources, and specific course support can be found here.
Student Accessibility Services
The Student Accessibility Services Office is available to coordinate disability accommodations for student during the Winter Session.
Students who are requesting accommodations for the first time are encouraged to reach out to SAS as soon as possible as accommodations are not retroactive and instructors must have a reasonable notice to coordinate accommodations.
Returning students must wait to request accommodations after their schedules are finalized. Course lists will update on Accommodate overnight and Notification Letter (NL) requests can be made the following day. Coordinators will process NL’s one week prior to first day of classes.
Writing & Media Center
The Writing and Media Center will offer online consultations for Winter Session 2024-2025. The department offers three forms of online consultations: Video and Document Sharing, Google Docs, and Drop Box. Further, staff assists with all forms of written, oral, visual, and electronic communication. The WMC team can also assist in all parts of the composing process, including brainstorming, drafting, revising, and polishing.
